Unframed Prints

Unframed Prints are Archival quality, printed on heavyweight gloss or semi gloss paper using the latest digital technology. Individually made to order, these prints are not to be confused with mass-printed posters or prints. Unframed prints are best for customers based outside of Australia. It's the most cost effective way to send artworks anywhere in the world.

Acrylic Face Mounted

Acrylic Face Mounted is very effective for large works. The metallic photographic print is mounted underneath a sheet of 6mm diamond polished acrylic that adds incredible depth and clarity. The finished product is long lasting, has UV protection and is very robust. Acrylic Face Mounts look really clean and crisp especially in modern houses. Personally, I love the way they make every image jump out of the wall in a 3D-like manor.

Framed Prints

There are two framing techniques used: Simple or Shadow Box.

• Simple: the photographic print, window matte and glass all pushed up to the front of the frame
• Shadow Box: there is a gap between the image and the glass which gives the whole artwork a greater depth.

Frames are kept simple and clean and come in a simple white or natural timber. The artist personally hand signs each image and writes a small description on the lower left hand side of the matt.

Canvas

We print on a heavy weight, fine weave archival canvas and seal with an Australian made archival UV sealant. Under accelerated longevity testing in the USA this sealed canvas has been awarded an archival life in excess of 100 years.

All canvases are produced using a mirrored edge  where the outer edges of the face of the print are mirrored to wrap around the edges of the stretcher frame, providing a pleasing and continuous wrap around appearance.

After printing, curing, spray sealing and drying time, the canvas printsare professionally stretched using custom made 38mm or 32mm deep stretcher frames.

Freight/Shipping

Unframed prints are wrapped in special material packed in tough cardboard tubes and sent using Australia Post for a standard fee of $12 anywhere in Australia.

All Framed and Acrylic works are packed in specially made boxes and safely shipped using a freight service anywhere in Australia.

Freight costs within Australia are as follows:

• Up to 50cm wide: $25
• Up to 100cm wide: $30
• Over 100cm wide: $50

Our turn-around time for print-only deliveries is usually 1 – 2 weeks. For framed prints, please allow 3-5 weeks. If we are expecting any delays due to fieldwork or other absence, we will make every effort to notify you of this.
