There is something about walking amongst not only the giant trees but also their offspring in the form of saplings littering the forest floor waiting for their chance in the sun. Fraser Island is the only sand island in the world that has a rainforest growing on it. It is a testament to the interconnectedness of all life. This system functions through the relationships within it. The sum of its parts are intricately linked to the whole and vica versa.
